Matt’s specialism – and special interest – is learning and developmental conditions, particularly autism. He likes getting to know the children he works with and bases his interventions on what is important to them. He also focuses on getting to know teachers and parents where possible as that can be key to building a picture of the child and their environment. Everyone is different, so he approaches everyone he works with as individuals with unique backstories.
In Matt’s spare time, he plays videogames – or reads Greek mythology. Well, variety is the spice of life…
